Alan Parsons is back with new live album

Posted on 23/10/2021 By Chris Relkneus

Since he departed from the iconic band The Alan Parsons Project in 1989, legendary artist and studio maestro, Alan Parsons has been on a quest to redefine music and bring new meaning and relevance to the experience of listening and performing.

After decades of producing new albums and touring with the Alan Parsons Live Project, he has finally recorded a new live album entitled “The NeverEnding Show: Live in the Netherlands” which will be released on November 5th 2021.

The release showcases the performance that the Alan Parsons Live Project held at the Tivoli in Utrecht, the Netherlands on May 5, 2019. The performance will be available for purchase on CD and through digital download from all major online retailers. Originally, the album was streamed live on 5/5/19 to listeners all over the world tuning in to a Livestream of the stream.

The band was, as usual, in fine form and fed extra energy by an enthusiastic audience. It an amazing performance by quite possibly the definitive band line-up of exemplary musicians that Alan has toured. The lead singer’s voice was stunning, the guitar work perfect, the bass lines funky and the drummer tight. There were no mistakes made throughout the night, which is something that should be applauded by this group of seasoned musicians.
