SPANKTHENUN has a sound that is influenced by industrial music of the 1990s.

This dark electro act starts out with industrial sounds, and moves into a more aggressive sound, and ends up with a more ebm sound. In this second album, “The Bunker Tapes Vol. II”, they start out with a heavy, bleak tone. The EP ends with an interesting version of “Off Beatings” and a deep, dark track. Both of these albums seem to convey the same message: we are part of the broken machine. This is also shown in the EP “Fight and Breed”. On this track, SPANKTHENUN tells us that we are all working together in order to survive this world.
