DI AUGER’s new video is a gritty, raw, and honest portrayal of life

In the introduction to his newest release, Under The Skin Of The World,

DI AUGER’s first collaboration with producer and contributor Sean Beesley of Live Evil Production.

He describes a “world of music that is a dark cocktail.

It’s a world that I was not shown in school or any academic institution.

It’s a world where everything is possible but it doesn’t always make sense.

In the digital age, it is easy to forget that the world is a tremendously interconnected place. In many ways, we are experiencing globalization in our lifetimes. With the rapid rise of Internet connectivity and access to information from around the globe, it has never been easier to get a sense of what life is like for people living outside one’s own country.

It’s a true 24 track concept album experience. While it must be listened to as a whole to as a whole to fully appreciate, numerous tracks will be focused on as powerful and diverse stand alone singles.

The term “concept album” often brings to mind a narrative, a story set to music. But this new work is a concept album without a narrative, a story. Instead, this album deals with many of the geopolitical, social, environmental and technological issues that directly affect and reflect the populations of the world today and into tomorrow.
