Skarlett Riot release new music video for ‘Black Cloud’

Posted on 15/10/202115/10/2021 By Chris Relkneus

The up and coming UK quartet, Skarlett Riot, has received a great response in the release of their third and latest album “Invicta”.

Their strong stance on hard-hitting lyrics with catchy tunes has captured interest from all over.

The four members are Chloe “Skarlett” Drinkwater, Martin Shepherd, Danny Oglesby and Luke Oglesby.

Black Cloud feels the need to speak out for those who feel a sense of darkness and hopelessness.

The band commented, “Black Cloud expresses how easy it is to let the darkness consume you and take over.

We have to look at life differently and try to take the positives from every situation when things go wrong”.

Skarlett Riot burst onto the British rock scene in 2013 with their self-titled EP, but it wasn’t until their second album ‘Regenerate’ released in October of 2017 that they found what they were looking for.

After releasing the album, Skarlett Riot experienced an overwhelming response. They played to sold-out arenas and were invited into BBC Radio 1s Rock Show with Daniel P Carter.
