Since their inception in 2017, First Class and Coach has been a four piece postpunk band based in  West Cork, Ireland.

FIFA Records are delighted to announce that ‘First Class & Coach’ will be the latest addition to their roster. With a sound described by Noisey as “equal parts post-punk and power pop without any of the bad bits” the band has garnered significant attention from both media and listeners alike.

The formative shows led the band towards honing their sound. They quickly gained notoriety for their hard-hitting music and uncompromising vocals, which they play in both English and German. The band is credited with helping create an authentic post-punk scene; we can see how these formative shows led to this initial popularity amongst youth.

With the advent of a global pandemic, plans for a live tour were shelved. The band continued to write new material and in Spring 2020, began recording their second album in BlackBox Studios, France with Tony Maim.

In conclusion, the new record ‘Neon Hip’ is due for release in early 2022 on FIFA Records. Stay tuned to hear more details about the upcoming release!
