Chat Pile’s Latest Music Video is a B-Movie of Horror and Violence in “Tropical Beaches, Inc.”

You can tell the folks in Chat Pile love their B-movie schlock, as the music video for their latest sincle “Tropical Beaches, Inc.” is chock full of it.

Released ahead of their upcoming sold out tour with Lingua Ignota that’s set to kick off on February 17 in Portland, Oregon and come to an end on February 25 in Denver, Colorado, the video follows a red-headed hesher as he goes around beating people up, stealing their shit, drinking alcohol, getting a tattoo, and just causing mayhem — but at a weird cost.

According to the band, “Tropical Beaches, Inc.” is one of their favorite tracks off the latest record God’s Country.

“Tropical Beaches, Inc. is a favorite among the band, and probably the song that’s the most fun to play live. It has some of the dumbest riffs on the whole album and we gleefully lose a couple brain cells every time we play it.

“The song itself is about the poisonous quest for endless wealth and status in America as seen through the eyes of late MLM pitchman Don Lapre. The Twyford-Rigleys worked out their own incredible interpretation of the song with this labor of love and managed to capture the spirit behind ‘Tropical Beaches, Inc.’ in their own very cool way. We absolutely love the DIY, midnight-movie vibe of the video, which speaks to our deep-cut VHS loving hearts!”

If you like loud, pulsing, heavy, frenetic music, this bad boy’s one to definitely stuff into your ear holes. You won’t be disappointed.

Oh and don’t forget that even though the tour’s sold out, you’ll still get your chance to catch the band live at the Road Burn Festival in the Netherlands this April or at Oblivion Access in Austin, Texas this June. You can check out the dates and venues for all those dates below.
