Berlin-based Deathrock Outfit Naturata Brutalismus Debut Video for “Sacrilegio”

Posted on 01/04/2023 By

Berlin-based deathrock collective Naturata Brutalismus is a beautiful paradox itself, much like the nature it seeks to embody and explore. Formed amidst the chaos of the global pandemic, this trio of talented musicians – Emilio Cordero Checa (Frank the Baptist, Soma 101), Almar David Haas (Götterdämmerung), and Juan Auz (La Calle Morgue) – dives deep into the ocean of complexity to uncover raw emotions that surge through the seemingly unrelenting torrent of impending disasters.

Naturata Brutalismus finds inspiration in the duality of nature – it is the soil that nourishes and decomposes, the water that gives life or takes it away, and the wind that carries both beauty and destruction. Through their bold and innovative sound, the band crafts a musical landscape that mirrors this paradox, evoking a sense of both wonder and unease.

Their provocative approach strips away the layers of societal norms and expectations, revealing the often unpleasant and groundless aspects of the human condition. With a coolly delivered outburst, Naturata Brutalismus challenges listeners to confront the stark realities of our world and the emotions that emerge from the depths of our collective psyche.

By harnessing the power of music, Naturata Brutalismus invites us to engage with the raw, visceral nature of our existence. Like the tempests that are analogous to divine wrath, their sound is a force to be reckoned with. As they continue to navigate the complexities of the world around them, one thing is certain: Naturata Brutalismus is a deathrock collective that refuses to shy away from the paradoxical beauty and brutality of life.
