It seems these days that the enigmatic, yet insanely popular British alt-metal band Sleep Token is everywhere these days. They’ve blown up on social media and YouTube as they appeal to metalheads and non-believers alike. After releasing a handful of singles in recent weeks and going viral, the band is going to be playing one of this fall’s biggest music events in North America when they take the stage during the Blue Ridge Rock Festival.
Set to take place in Alton, Virginia from September 7 to 10, the festival was already going to be hosting a pretty stacked lineup before the Sleep Token’s addition, with bands like Pantera, Megadeth, and a reuniting Job For A Cowboy.
With their third studio release Take Me Back To Eden slated for release on May 19, the band’s going to be on the promotional warpath. And why wouldn’t they be? Their popularity exploded after they released four singles from the new album, which could be the turning point they’ve needed since they started in London, back in 2016.
