Godsmack and Staind North American Tour Could Be The Largest Collection of Tribal Tattoos This Summer

Two of the biggest butt rock purveyors since the late 90s/early 2000s are joining forces and hitting the road, as Godsmack and Staind announced they’ll be go-headlining a North American tour this summer. Spanning 25 cities and kicking off in St. Louis, Missouri on July 18, the tour will likely be the biggest traveling display of tribal tattoos and tramp stamps ever assembled until it comes to an end on August 31 in Austin, Texas.

Staind frontman and walking MAGA sign Aaron Lewis said he and his bandmates were “really looking forward to being out with Sully and the guys this summer.” Guitarist Mike Mushok echoed those sentiments, calling Godsmack a bunch of “old friends.”

“The first time we shared the stage with Godsmack was the 1998 Warped Tour and here we are 25 years later still going strong. We’re stoked to be sharing the stage with our old friends this summer.”

This tour announcement comes after Godsmack’s begun openly saying their latest album released last month Lighting Up The Sky was going to be their last. The band also revealed that they were forced to cancel a Latin American tour because no one was buying tickets. For their sake, I hope people will buy tickets for this tour when they go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. local time.
